Treatment Team

During your time with us, you will work with a collaborative treatment team to ensure you have an excellent patient experience.  Our team utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, aspects of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and SOlution Focused Therapy in conjunction with other evidence-based treatments to support you on your path to change.

Licensed Therapists provide clinical assessments, group therapy, individual treatment planning, family therapy sessions, and crisis intervention.  The therapeutic team will coordinate care with other disciplines, assist in discharge planning, and length of stay.

Registered Nurse coordinates care with the psychiatrist, answers any questions about medications, and provided education groups.

Psychiatry Team provides specialty care by a psychiatric medical doctor and psychiatric nurse practitioners. All patients will see the psychiatry team on admission to review level of care recommendation. PHP patients will see the psychiatrist or Physician's Assistant (PA) ongoing 3-4x a week. IOP patients will discuss if ongoing visits are needed with the psychiatry team, they are not required.

Program Staff/Allied Professionals includes program coordinator and other disciplines such as a dietician or an internist.

Program Guidelines

Participation - We want you to get the most out of our program to ensure your treatment plan goals are achieved.  Therefore, active and consistent attendance is a vital component.  Full and healthy participation is necessary to get the most out of the program. Alcohol or substance use is not permitted.

When possible schedule other appointments and commitments on your days off or before/after program hours.  We understand conflicts may arise - contact our DELTA coordinator for any absences.

Respect - Respect each other, yourself, staff, and our facility.  This is a safe place where we encourage open and honest engagement, including curiosity, questions, and healthy feedback.

During groups, it's important to engage in active listening and limit any side conversations or distractions that may interrupt the group environment.  Violence and bullying will not be tolerated.

Confidentiality - Confidentiality is critical to ensuring the safety and comfort of all group participants.  This includes not disclosing personal information shared in group by any participant or disclosure of the identity of others.  Our team upholds the confidentiality of our patients.  To assist with this, recording devices are to be left out of the group rooms, including cell phones.

Boundaries - All patients have the right to a safe treatment environment by having healthy physical and emotional boundaries in the program.  This includes abstaining from hugging, kissing, handholding, or other intimate relationships with another patient.

We ask that you do not exchange contact information, such as phone numbers or social media.  This allows for therapeutic peer relationships and limits the impact of external relationships in the group setting.  After discharge, communication is up to the patient/guardian.

DELTA PHP & IOP requires dedication and commitment to improving one's health and wellness.
