DELTA Program provides quality interactive continuum of care as part of your treatment process. Discover and Engage in our daytime outpatient program. During this process you will Learn, Transform and Aspire in your journey to healing. Potential patients will complete a quick, no-cost assessment before starting their outpatient care to determine the appropriate level of care. Psychiatric Treatment provided via in-person, with our onsite Psychiatrist, Nurse Practitioner & Clinical Care Team.
Adolescent ages 12 to 17 & Adult 18+ ▪ Partial Hospitalization (PHP) - 5 days a week; M-F; 9 AM – 2 PM
Intensive Outpatient (IOP) - 3 days per week; M/W/F; 9 AM – 12 PM
Virtual & In Person Afterschool Program; 4 days: M-Thurs; 4:30 PM -7:30 PM
Dual Diagnosis Adult & Adolescent PHP; 5 Days a week; M-F; 9 AM – 2 PM
Dual Diagnosis Adult & Adolescent IOP; 3 days week; M/W/F; 9 AM – 12 PM
Adult Evening IOP; 4 days week, M/T/W/Th; 6 PM – 9 PM
Program Services Psychiatry and Medication Management Psychotherapy School Engagement & Advocacy Wellness and Nutrition Education Experiential Group Substance Use Family Engagement and Advocacy Spiritual Care Recovery Focused Coordination of FMLA, EAP, Home Bound, etc. Aftercare referrals Learned Skills and Practices Self-care Coping Strategies Daily Healthy Routines Medication Education Peer Support Mindfulness and Gratitude Skills Substance Use.
